Life is simultaneously amazingly beautiful and painfully terrifying. How we cope with these terrifying and difficult moments can impact how we see and enjoy the beautiful moments life has to offer. When we are faced with these difficult moments, sometimes, we turn to unhealthy ways of coping, further blocking our ability to grow. I want to help you take back the control that these challenges have taken away from you, so you can lead a more satisfying life. I hold a Master’s degree in clinical psychology from University of Texas Rio Grande and completed my pre-graduate training at Doctors Hospital at Renaissance. In addition to private practice, I currently provide mental health services at an inpatient psychiatric hospital. I deal with suicidality, addictions, and a wide range of other disorders at the inpatient setting. I also work school based counseling and provide services to school age children.
