Hi and thanks for checking my profile! I am Federica and I wanted you to know that no matter what you are going through, you are not alone. I truly care about my clients and I can help you turn your struggles into personal strengths. Years of professional and life experience taught me that every problem has a solution. I have extensive experience working with both children and adults and I specialize in issues related to sexual abuse/assault, anxiety, depression, LGBTQIA and PTSD. You can rest assure that I will never judge you and I will listen attentively to your needs and concerns. In addition to my clinical license (I'm a LCSW) I also hold a national certification in Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT). I often utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy as a primary treatment modality, but, my approach is overall eclectic as I often include expressive arts in my sessions. I am also the developer of the Catartika™ Method, a unique way to experience emotional release through movement. On a personal level, I think I am very caring, friendly, and empathetic. I strive to develop a good rapport with my clients and make you feel comfortable during the therapeutic process so that I can provide a safe, confidential and non-judgmental environment for you to share your concerns.
