About

I am a high school counselor and I have worked with students and families who are struggling with depression, anxiety, trauma, divorce, relationship issues and ADHD. I am also an EMDR trained therapist and received my training through EMDRIA, and have worked with clients to process the traumas they’ve experienced in their lives. I have also seen clients at a nonprofit counseling center and have primarily worked with teenagers and females.

Throughout my adult life, I have worked with high school students through mentorship in ministry for 24+ years, as well as with ladies. I feel as though my years in mentoring, working as a high school counselor, and in private therapy, I have gained skills necessary to journey alongside and help clients resolve struggles that are holding them back from living their purpose.
