I am licensed in Texas with 3 years of professional work experience. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, relationship issues, motivation, self esteem, and confidence, & depression. I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion. I lead with a client centered approach to meet the client where they are at to meet the individual goals of the client. My passion behind therapy is helping individuals become the version of themselves that they desire to be.
