I believe therapy can be a powerful force when one is ready and willing to bring about change and healing. I am rooted in psychodynamic psychotherapy however I tailor my therapeutic treatment based on your individual needs. I have worked with children, adolescents, and adults on a wide range of topics. This includes managing stress, anxiety, depression, relationship concerns, major life changes, and childhood trauma. I work collaboratively with you to ensure that we identify and build on strengths, explore different pathways in managing challenges, and work on creating a more balanced life.
