I am a licensed Mental Health Counselor in New York with a wide range of experience working with patients with depression, anxiety, personality disorders, and serious mental illness. I have also helped individuals work through life changes, career problems, chronic self-harm, and other presenting problems.
I genuinely believe that therapy is a healthy outlet for anyone - ranging from someone who needs to work through a change or someone with a persistent problem. My therapeutic approach includes a combination of solution-focused therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, and providing a warm and affirming environment to my clients. I am multicultural competent and an ally to the LGBTQ+ community. I believe that anyone who reaches out deserves dignity, respect, and empathy.
