Hi, and thank you for clicking on this bio. I am a licensed clinical professional counselor. My educational background involves having two master's degrees. One in Human Services and the other in Professional Counseling. I received my degrees from Liberty University. Currently I am licensed in the state of Maryland. For the last 10 years I have worked in the mental health field. Working with adults with substance use disorders, those struggling with abuse and trauma, those that are struggling with family conflicts in addition to a number of other life challenges.

My specialities are Bipolar Disorder, Anxiety, Depression, and Women's issues. The therapeutic approach I use is Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, Psycho-Dynamic Therapy, and Christian Based counseling. This style of counseling is to help you find the solution to the problem or understanding the root cause of a problem and change the narrative of the story. I believe in either engaging in talk therapy or using concrete tools to help you face some of life's challenging moments.
