Hello and welcome! All encounters are confidentially conducted via email, phone, and secure webcam platforms. In these challenging times, I would like to welcome you to a space of hope and support. My aim is to provide you with a safe and non-judgmental space where we will work together on achieving your desired goals while promoting your growth and self-determination. I provide counseling to college students and adults who are experiencing depression, anxiety, interpersonal conflicts, and multicultural/immigration aspects. With an understanding that each individual is unique, my approach to therapy is collaborative, evidence-based, trauma-informed, and culturally aware. I draw from interventions rooted in Narrative Therapy, CBT, incorporating grounding techniques, & mindfulness skills. My goal is to facilitate effective therapeutic conversations with you to bring the hope of healing and elicit insight and self-discovery that would lead to positive change.
