I treat children, adolescents, and adults struggling with a range of issues, needs, and concerns. My goal is to elicit a safe, confidential, and warm space for you to feel comfortable to explore your thoughts and emotions openly. Through our collaborative efforts, we can explore new ways of dealing with everyday stressors as well as maladaptive stress, anxiety, and mood instability. My role is to provide you with unconditional support, presence, and empathy while increasing self-awareness and teaching stress-management skills. I believe that every individual is complete but never completed; thus, self-growth is a continuous journey. I have provided psychological treatment and assessment for children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families. I have worked with mild, moderate, and severe mental illnesses in outpatient and inpatient settings. I am trained in both humanistic and psychodynamic interventions, however, I believe that an individualized treatment approach is necessary. I believe in empowering clients to feel autonomous and self-determined.
