Faith Otobo is a licensed clinical social worker. Faith helps adults, children, and families of all ages and backgrounds heal and live full, empowered, authentic lives. Since she began treating patients in 2017, she has worked with people managing a range of challenges including anxiety, depression, trauma, postpartum struggles, grief, chronic and reoccurring illness, work stress, relationship conflicts, and identity issues. She helps patients address their mental health concerns, learn new skills, and take steps to heal and thrive. During sessions with Faith, patients can expect to be treated with compassion, attentiveness, and expertise. She is trained in several evidence-based methodologies including motivational interviewing, cognitive behavioral therapy, skills training in affective and interpersonal regulation – narrative therapy (STAIR-NST), trauma-focused therapy, TARGET trauma affect regulation, sanctuary model, and dialectical behavioral therapy. In her spare time, Faith loves listening to uplifting contemporary Christian music and enjoys tattoos. She also understands several African dialects.
