The provider is a Registered Marriage and Family Therapist Intern. Born and raised in Venezuela, I am fluent in both English and Spanish. I moved to Miami 10 years ago to pursue my Bachelor's Degrees in Psychology and Human and Social Development at the University of Miami. Post-graduation, I confirmed my passion for psychology and therapy by working for multiple years in the field of eating disorders. This complex field where clients are often struggling with multiple psychological, physical, and relational challenges, made my desire to become a therapist exponentially grow. To accomplish this, I returned to The University of Miami, where I earned my Master’s Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy. While completing my Master’s, I also worked as a preschool teacher and as a registered behavior technician providing ABA therapy to children with autism. When I am not working as a therapist, I enjoy exercising, listening to audiobooks, spending quality time with loved ones, or traveling and experiencing different cultures with my husband.
