My name is Ewa Florczak and I am a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor(LCPC) in the state of Illinois. As a mental health and addiction specialist, I provide psychotherapy to adolescents and adults of all ages. I am dedicated to neutralizing barriers of social stigma and shame associated with these challenges. I work hard to facilitate feelings of empowerment, self-acceptance and confidence and strive to create a trusting and non-judgmental therapeutic environment. I take an integrative approach to therapy using a variety of techniques, tailoring my approach to help clients improve their functioning, and begin positively transforming their lives.
My passion for struggles surrounding infertility led her to has completed specialized training and received a Mental Health Professional Certificate in Infertility from The American Society for Reproductive Medicine(ASRM). I am knowledgeable and sensitive to unique issues that many women and their partners face struggle with while dealing with infertility. I am skilled in helping clients cope with and mange feelings of anxiety, depression, frustration, discouragement, and grief they may experience as they attempt to succeed in their desire to have a child.
