About

Have you ever felt like things in your home and close relationships seem like they're falling apart? Maybe it's ok sometimes but the stress and tensions seem to rise like waves making things so difficult. The stress may be getting to you causing further arguments at home and maybe even at work. Indecision, confusion, feeling stuck, or health problems might be arising. Finding a way to experience peace so that you can be at your best in your relationships is possible. Furthermore, finding ways to lead your family and close relationships toward joyful connection is achievable. I refer to it as developing a kinship attitude. Adopting a kinship attitude means we experience a deep knowing about all parts of ourselves and develop love, appreciation or acceptance for all of them. When we can develop this level of kinship, ALL our external relationships organically become whole because we feel whole. This is the transformative journey I invite you to embark upon. I hold 22 years of experience as a Relational Coach who has become licensed as a Marriage and Family Therapist to meet the clinical needs of my clients. My experience as a mental health professional over the last 7 years has largely been focused on healing through inner and outer interconnection in several settings. I've treated those with trauma experiences, anxiety, depression and significant relationship disconnections. The struggle to find our way can feel arduous, frustrating and confusing. If you're tired of the struggle, I encourage you to reach out and find out how to gain joy, ease, and synergy in all your relationships.
