Hi, I'm Eve and I am a licensed therapist (LPCC) in Minnesota and Wisconsin. In today’s world, many of us can often feel alone, isolated, and overwhelmed. It takes courage and strength to reach out for support and connection. I am here to support you in navigating challenging times. You can expect an authentic safe space to feel heard, validated, and understood. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, family conflicts, coping with grief and loss, parenting issues, pro social behavior, and crisis counseling.
Life conditions us to focus our attention on our external worlds; our relationships, our jobs, our possessions, etc. We often work really hard to control our environment and believe that going inside of ourselves will remind us of our hurts and keep us stuck. By looking inwards and exploring what hurts or keeps us stuck, I am confident that we can all live happier, more joyful and more connected lives. Together, we can focus on finding the right tools and strategies that help you feel more empowered, grounded, and hopeful.
