I am licensed in Arizona, Colorado and New York and I have been in practice for over 30 years. I offer online individual sessions. My core strengths are clarity, the ability to pinpoint the core of an issue, creative problem solving and mind/body integration.

My psychotherapeutic approach is a reflection of my extensive experience in counseling, transpersonal psychology, psychodrama, post traumatic growth, mind/body therapy, inherited family trauma and business management. I have the ability to bring people through transformative experiences with great compassion, creating an atmosphere that is safe, contained and loving.

I have been an adjunct faculty member at Naropa University in Boulder, CO, the University System of New Hampshire, Vermont Community College and Metro State University in Denver, CO. I have taught courses both in conventional and transpersonal psychology on the graduate and undergraduate levels. I have published articles on timely subjects in regional magazines, have been a workshop presenter on many timely topics designed to help people grow intellectually, creatively and intuitively and trained therapists internationally in action-oriented methods.
