I believe therapy to be a collaborative process where you have an opportunity to explore life as well as things you may be struggling to cope with. I enjoy helping people explore the why’s in their experiences as well as the how’s of confronting and moving through them. I specialize in treating anxiety, depression, women’s issues, and trauma through art therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy and narrative therapy as well as utilizing breath work and meditation.
