I believe that it is important to meet people where they are at in the present moment. I work with the client to develop goals. address challenges, and develop coping skills. I have worked with diverse populations and all are welcome. I take a client- centered approach and believe that it is important to work together on addressing a client's needs. I use a variety of approaches and work to individualize a plan based on each client. I take a trauma-informed approach and have used many different therapeutic models. I tend to like to get to know my clients before I decide what path of treatment to take them on but the modalities that I gravitate towards as a provider are CBT, Solution Focused Therapy, Narrative Therapy, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy.
