Hello and Welcome!

My name is Eunice and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Oklahoma. I received my M.A. in Counseling Psychology from the University of Central Oklahoma in 2016. I have five years of counseling experience, including one year of internship in inpatient and partial-inpatient settings. Most of my experience was obtained from working at a not-for-profit mental health and substance abuse agency. It was during this time I had the privilege of working with a wide range of clients with a variety of concerns including depression, anxiety, trauma, adjustment disorder, substance abuse, relationship issues, career challenges, parenting problems, and stress, time and anger management issues. I have experience working with individuals on parole, probation, in prison, a child-welfare case as well as those mandated by court.

My counseling style includes an integrative/holistic approach, which combines cognitive-behavioral, psychodynamic, mindfulness and solution focused techniques to address specific areas of concern. I view the counseling process as collaborative so we will work together to identify areas to work on as well as set achievable goals tailored to your specific needs. I value the Golden Rule and therefore, believe respect, empathy, sensitivity and compassion are vital in the counseling process.

In addition to working as a counselor, I have gone through the counseling process myself. Getting help was the best thing I have done to have a more fulfilled life.
