I have been working with adolescents, the young adult population, children, and parents throughout my career through clinical interventions for challenging mental health issues, or coaching for the parents to go through the tough time for their teens. I believe that the most powerful thing during the therapy is the person's unique strength and desire for change. I have been utilizing CBT, restoration therapy and, other interventions to help out to reduce anxiety, depression, and trauma from the past. I have been working with culturally diversified populations as well.
