"Hello I'm Kemyata. Do you feel trapped in a cycle of negative and anxious thoughts? Are you struggling to stay present and ""get out of your thoughts""? Is it difficult for you to extend yourself forgiveness and grace? My goal is to promote good mental hygiene by teaching and empowering those whom I serve, to resolve past issues and traumas that impede one's ability to find peace in the authenticity of self. We'll use a whole self approach, addressing the needs of your mind, body and spirit. I also integrate mindfulness and meditation to help you develop a stronger relationship with yourself. Whether you're dealing with a low mood, loss of interest in things once enjoyed, feeling on the edge most of the time, or getting stuck in your thoughts I'm here to help. Feeling ambivalent about being vulnerable and addressing some things you've never uttered a word about to anyone may be difficult. However, you have made a transformative step towards your healing journey. I offer a safe space to heal and grow. In our sessions together, I'll meet you with compassion ,evidence-based techniques, and psychoeducation to help overcome whatever struggles that keep you from the peace of living in authenticity.
