I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and have practiced for 10 years in the counseling field. I enjoy working with clients from all walks of life and with varying issues. I work with addiction and substance abuse, as well as areas of sexual brokenness. I also work with depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, PTSD/trauma and many other disorders. I enjoy working with clients who have a desire to work on their own issues and have a motivation to change. I am trained in a spiritually integrative approach from a Christian perspective, so if your faith is an important factor in counseling, I can assist.

I believe that the counseling relationship is extremely important to growth so I employ several different approaches and techniques with my clients. My style is warm and empathetic with an understanding that it takes courage to seek help. My approach utilizes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Rational Emotive Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused Brief Therapy, a humanistic and strengths-based perspective and will tailor the approach to the needs of the client.

I believe that counseling can be a catalyst of change, and I am available to help in that process. I enjoy facilitating the growth process and helping clients pursue of level of wholeness, health, and well-being.
