The journey of self growth is not an easy one, and you don’t have to do it alone. My name is Esperanza "Ivonne" Garibay. I am a bilingual (English/Spanish) Licensed Mental Health Counselor in Washington State. Using the skillset I have acquired with over 13 years of experience, I thrive in working together with you and helping you realize your own strengths so you can work towards and achieve your goals. I would be honored to support you as you walk through any of life's difficulties, challenges, or changes you may be facing.

I have strong experience working with various types of backgrounds and diverse communities. My approach in therapy is based on person-centered and individual needs. I have training on CBT, psychotherapy, family therapy, couples therapy, and family of origin. By allowing me to be part of your journey, you would be entering a warm and safe environment that is completely free of judgment. I have experience working with teenagers, adults, elders, families, and couples dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, communication skills, grief, and life changes.
