You are a professional adult who has achieved a lot in your life, yet still find yourself unhappy. You are angry with other people in your life, worried about how things will turn out, disappointed when things don't go your way, and frustrated with all of the above. You are also probably gifted with above-average intelligence, a caring heart, and continuing hope that you will find competent guidance to help you become happier, or (if you're less hopeful) at least less miserable. I specialize in treating adults with issues like yours, which are usually related to depression, anxiety, and relationship issues. At the core of my work is a deep spiritual understanding that freedom and love are essential to leading a good life, and that misunderstandings about freedom and love keep many people from real joy and happiness. It can feel a little scary to look for a therapist. If you don't know where to start, I recommend talking with a few people and trying one of them out for a few sessions.
