Everyone comes to therapy for their own reason. I am here to help you no matter what brought you here. If its about building new relationships, working on a relationship that is causing you heartache, managing a difficult time in life or to learn new ways to manage hardships I am here for you. I'm here to work with you to remove the barriers in your path, and feel successful in reaching your goals. I work with compassion, without judgment, and with a little bit of humor so you feel safe and supported in this therapeutic environment. I look forward to starting a new journey with you.
