I am a family and marriage therapist licensed in Oklahoma with more than 13 years of clinical experience practicing as a psychotherapist and educator. I have provided services to clients with concerns and symptoms related to depression, anxiety, parenting issues, adjustment issues, communication issues, ADHD, and PTSD. I have received specialized training in trauma therapy, and I have worked with individuals who have experienced emotional abuse, physical abuse, sexual abuse, and neglect.

Establishing a healthy connection is important in any relationship, and my style focuses on establishing a safe environment with empathy, compassion, and respect. My approach is to use a combination of methods to achieve this connection and treatment goals. These methods include cognitive behavioral therapy, trauma-focused cognitive behavioral therapy, psychodynamic, family systems, play therapy and interactive techniques, theraplay techniques, and motivational interviewing. My treatment style is flexible to meet your unique needs and wants throughout the course of treatment.
