Hello!

I am a licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) and have been working in the field since 2016. In addition to my Social Work degree, I hold a Master's degree in Public Health with a focus on Heath Behavior and Health Education. I have experience in conducting individual and group therapy, in office and online. I have worked with clients presenting with depression, anxiety, OCD, eating disorders, addiction, grief/loss, caregiver burden, as well as personal growth, adjustment issues and crisis.

My role as a therapist is to meet each client where they are, and help untangle thoughts and feelings to navigate the process of self-discovery and inner peace.
In my work with clients, I use leading psychological modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI) and Existential approaches.

I have a passion for helping others work towards finding acceptance and peace with their own thoughts and emotions. I believe in a non-judgmental and team based approach, where it is safe to have difficult and uncomfortable conversations. It takes a great deal of courage to reach out for support, and I am grateful to have the opportunity to get to know you and be trusted with your greatest concerns and life goals.
