Hello! My name is Erin Thomas and I am a Licensed Independent Mental Health Practitioner (LIMHP) in the state of Nebraska. I received my Master's Degree in the beautiful state of Montana at Montana State University-Billings. My husband and 3 little kids are the most important thing in my life so when my husband got a job in Nebraska, off we went to the Midwest. We love it here in Nebraska. We love to travel, swim, play any kind of sport, laugh, and just be together.

I have been in private counseling for 6 years and love helping and getting to know so many wonderful people. I have also done a number of presentations for large groups concerning mental health issues. I have experience in counseling anxiety, depression, PTSD, family and marital relations, grief, pornography, obsessive compulsive disorder, etc. I have also worked with the foster care system in helping re-unite families and teaching parenting techniques and solutions.

Life can be hard and I believe we all need some help from time to time. My role as a counselor is to help you find what works best for you. There is no "one-size-fits-all" in the counseling world but together I believe we can work towards the best possible outcome. My hope is to be a support to you as we work together through some of the messy parts that life can throw at us.
