My focus is working with adults who are struggling with anxiety and depression. I will work with you to help identify your triggers and explore strategies to manage your symptoms of depression and anxiety.

I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy in connection with mindfulness and holistic concepts to assist you in learning strategies to manage your thoughts, feelings and actions. I personally find that nature is a grounding source for me. I integrate holistic aspects into our work to help you find your source of strength and calm.
