Hello! Thank you for looking into what I can provide. I am grateful to be able to provide the support you are seeking.

What I love about my work is getting to know people and finding ways to support growth, in the direction of personal freedom and inner peace. Sometimes barriers to growth like loss & grief, trauma, transition, and overwhelm can cloud the vision for our future selves.

My experience in the field includes supporting people of all ages, many backgrounds, and complicated challenges. I hold a clinical social work license in the State of Colorado, and live and work in the Denver metro area. I check my messages on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, with the goal of responding in 24 hours or less.

Many of the folks I have worked with face real life challenges like career planning, loss of a loved one, facing a new medical diagnosis, or care taking for a family member, at the same time as coping with their own challenges brought on by learning disabilities, ADHD, traumatic brain injury, and autism spectrum disorders. I also work clinically with other mental health providers to support their emotional wellbeing, as they support others.

It is my job to listen and reflect so that we can find a clear path forward for you. Together we’ll focus on embodying the whole you, until you feel better.
