About

I am a Licensed Clinical Social worker in New Jersey experienced in working with a wide range of individuals. I have worked with children in play therapy, adults with mental illness (Bipolar disorder, borderline personality disorder, etc.) , and adults with other concerns such as depression, anxiety and life stressors ie: concerns with jobs, friends and families. I also volunteer part time helping first responders (and as a first responder) process concerns within the fields to fire department, EMS and police.

My counseling style is comfortable and friendly. I believe you are the expert of yourself and treat you as such, just helping you to navigate your own experiences into something that can be explained or put into words. I believe everyone experiences things differently and the way we experience them has a huge impact on our future actions.

Everyone has the ability to learn how their experiences influence their lives . Talking to someone is the first step in learning how to control feelings behind past experiences and pave a new way into your future.
