I am a clinical social worker licensed in Michigan. I have over 6 years of experience providing therapy to a wide range of clients, including individuals, couples, and military service members and their families. I have supported clients working through addiction, domestic violence, child abuse, workplace challenges, infidelity, stage of life transitions, military deployments and reunifications, and relationship issues.

My style of therapy is client-centered and solution-focused. I will partner with you to develop a deep understanding of the situation you are facing, and we will work together to try solutions in order to figure out what works best for you. I believe that each person is unique and is doing their best within their environment. My role is to help you effectively use tools and resources to improve your well-being in a way that feels authentic and sustainable for you.
