I am an autistic, disabled, queer licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. I live in rural Northern California but am available to work virtually with any client living in California. I discovered that am autistic (and that I have ADHD) as an adult. Viewing my life through that lens has had a big impact on how I see myself and the way I relate to the world. I have a special interest in working with autistic and ADHD clients, as well as with people who are exploring those identities. I also have a lot of experience helping people navigate life with depression and/or anxiety. Sometimes having a therapist who can help you problem solve and think outside the box can make a big difference.
