I’m a compassionate and creative clinical social worker who helps individuals heal from tough life circumstances. Whether you’ve been living under a cloud of fear, shame, stress, anxiety, or depression or whether you are having a hard time coping with grief, or loss, you are not alone! I’m here to partner with you on the road to recovery from these painful experiences.

My work with you will be grounded in a strengths-based, solutions-focused approach. We’ll talk through ways you’ve tried managing life and explore new, healthier ways to cope. You’ll feel empowered to set your own goals and overcome life challenges.

I find joy in helping people regain a sense of hope and believe that growth and transformation are possible. Often, even the smallest change can make a radical difference in our quality of life.
