About

I am a family and mental health counselor licensed in Indiana with over 15 years of experience working as a counselor and life coach. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, relationship issues, parenting problems, career challenges, boundary concerns and ADHD. I also helped many people who have struggled through difficult situations, looking for a way forward.

My counseling style is warm, relaxed, and interactive. I believe my job in our relationship is to add perspective, help you to find a way forward that best fits who YOU are, and to appreciate your unique gifts. I bring practical interventions, will focus on what is within your control to change, and will help you build your resilience. I will tailor our dialog and treatment plan to meet your unique and specific needs.
