Hi! I am a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker with over 5 years of experience working as a therapist, as well as having a wide variety of different life experiences that I integrate into my therapeutic practice. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, Bi-Polar Disorder, Autism Spectrum Disorders, LGTBQ+, parenting problems, family issues and relationship issues. I have also helped many people who have experienced physical trauma and/or emotional abuse, and I use trauma informed care when needed.

My therapy style is warm, interactive, compassionate, honest and empathetic. I use humor at times (appropriately) in my therapeutic approach as I believe sometimes laughter is the best medicine and therapy can be fun. I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and unconditional positive regard. I don't believe in stigmatizing labels. My approach is eclectic and personalized, with the use of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing, among others. I will tailor our treatment plan to meet your unique and specific needs. I believe that the therapist and the client work together as a team in many aspects and I am here to support you in your therapy journey.
