Hi there! I'm glad you're here. My goal is to help you feel and think the way you ideally want to and together we can bring out your best self. We’ll work to fix the root of the issue while also feeling better in the here and now. This process will help give you an excitement for your future, because the best is yet to come! Originally from Wisconsin, I now live in the nutmeg state, Connecticut. Although, I have yet to see what a nutmeg is. Others would describe me as compassionate, clever, fun and real. I'm honored to be a part of people’s lives as a therapist and walk with them through difficult times.
