I am a clinical psychologist licensed in Pennsylvania with over 6 years of experience working as a therapist and executive coach. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including anxiety, depression, career challenges, leadership coaching, relationship issues, grief, life transitions, self-esteem, and stress.

My therapeutic style is warm, validating and interactive. My goal for the therapy experience is to develop a safe, nonjudgmental, and caring space for my clients to find a sense of clarity in the challenging times of life. I am an eclectic therapist, meaning I pull from a wide range of theories to best address my client's needs, combining elements of cognitive-behavioral, person-centered, acceptance-commitment, family systems, solution-focused and psychodynamic therapies. I work to tailor our conversations and treatment plan to meet your unique and specific goals and needs.
