I am a clinical social worker licensed in Minnesota with over 3 years of experience working as a psychotherapist with individuals and families across the lifespan. I have worked with clients to address a wide range of concerns including parenting problems, anxiety, depression, effects of trauma, relationship issues, life changes, and attachment-related concerns.

My work as a therapist is grounded in relational-cultural theory, which places mutually growth-fostering relationships at the center of our well-being. I additionally employ cognitive-behavioral, psychodynamic, attachment-based, and narrative elements as appropriate. My therapeutic style combines building a strong therapist-client relationship with empowering you to build insight and tools to reach your goals. I have great respect for my clients and believe in co-creating your treatment plan to best find the change you are looking for through therapy.
