I am a licensed professional counselor with experience helping with A variety of presenting problems including depression, anxiety, grief, suicidal ideation, relationship difficulties, abuse, and trauma.

My counseling style is collaborative, warm, and compassionate. My goal is to create a safe and supportive environment to help facilitate healing and growth. I believe that a good counseling experience starts with a positive therapeutic relationship. My approach to counseling combines modalities such as client-centered, psychodynamic, ACT and DBT. We will work together to develop a treatment plan consistent with your goals.
