Hello. I am a Nationally Certified Counselor licensed in New Hampshire and Vermont with over 20 years of experience. I have worked with clients who come from diverse backgrounds and are coping with a wide range of concerns including life changes, anxiety, depression, relationship issues, parenting and family issues, gender identity matters, self-esteem, and grief. I have also helped those who have experienced trauma and/or abuse. I am a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional and a Certified Telemental Health Clinician.

My therapy style is welcoming and collaborative. I am an active listener who uses a strength-based approach to build rapport, foster trust, and help my clients achieve their goals. I believe in treating everyone with respect and compassion. My nonjudgmental approach combines a variety of therapeutic interventions that will be tailored with your input to meet your unique and specific needs.
