About

I am a marriage and family therapist licensed in California with over 7 years of experience. I have a passion to provide counseling to individuals from marginalized communities, faith communities, and those seeking a safe place to process through various life stages, transitions, and difficulties. I combine using both CBT, client centered, and solution focused modalities. I believe in empowering and educating my clients in order to help them reach their goals. I have a down to earth and approachable style to therapy. I have worked with families in the foster care system and dealing with parenting issues, those battling depression and anxiety, relationship issues, grief/loss, and women’s issues. My hope is to provide a place that my clients will feel safe, heard, seen, and given tools to overcome whatever it is they are facing.
