I’m hoping my experience and passion for a holistic approach will provide an atmosphere of safety and validation where you can either begin or continue learning strategies and skills toward understanding, coping, and fulfillment,

I have an eclectic mix of experience and treatment approaches. My professional background includes working with teens and adults in a variety of settings. It includes working with those who have experienced addiction; both themselves and with family members or partners, legal problems, family stressors/conflicts, trauma/PTSD, mood and personality disorders, grief, divorce/separation, life changes; unexpected and planned, career/workplace difficulties, pregnancy/fertility struggles, domestic violence, low self- esteem, and existential dilemmas.

I provide a safe and supportive forum to help guide you on your journey. I value the importance of including ”back to basic” self-care opportunities, such as adding a few minutes of nature or unstructured time alone or with a loved one into your daily life, listening to music or favorite podcast, enjoying a bike ride or exercise class. We tend to forget how these seemingly “small” yet vital aspects get overlooked in our busy and chaotic lives.
