Hello! My name is Erika Davis and I am passionate about creating an environment where people feel safe and heard. I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in Minnesota and have over 15 years of experience working with individuals and families dealing with stress, anxiety, depression, relationship concerns, and various life transitions.

I bring warmth, genuineness, and compassion to the therapeutic relationship. I am open-minded, positive, and collaborative in my approach. I believe everyone has their own strengths and ideas, but sometimes we get stuck and need a safe place to explore opportunities for growth.
