I am a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a strong commitment to helping individuals and families overcome life's challenges. I have a strong background in social work and a passion for making a positive impact, I have spent 8 years in the field, working with diverse populations and addressing a wide range of social issues. Including but not limited to individuals coping with trauma, grief, loss, anxiety, adjustment issues, life transition challenges, family issues, and parenting skills. I have received extensive training in the following treatment modalities, CBT- Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, DBT- Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, ITTM-Intergenerational Trauma Treatment, SF- Strengthening Families, IY- Incredible Years and Motivational Interviewing. I pride myself on being an advocate for individuals of all ages. I am a very easy-going person with a strength-based, client-centered therapy approach. I have experience with successfully supporting others in their journey of improving their quality of life and supporting their journey of healing.
