I am a marriage and family therapist licensed in Colorado with over 28 years of experience . Marriage and Family Therapists are mental health professionals trained in psychotherapy and family systems, and licensed to diagnose and treat mental and emotional disorders within the context of marriage, couples and family systems.
I work with clients with a wide range of concerns including: depression, marital problems, anxiety, individual psychological problems, and child-parent problems.
I am also trained in EMDR and TFCBT (Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy) - helping clients have experienced trauma -physically, emotionally, mentally and or spiritually.

One of the most important building blocks for growth in therapy is the relationship between the individual and the therapist. My approach is different with every individual, depending on their specific needs. I can help you regain your perspective and focus by providing you with tools to help you get back on track. It’s time to exchange fear, anxiety or panic for peace.

I am a Solution-Focused Therapist that incorporates a variety of psychodynamic and Evidenced-Based therapies from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to Mindfulness.
