About

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Louisiana. I have experience working with adults and seniors in an inpatient facility as well as an intensive outpatient program for senior adults. For the last three years, I have served children ages 0-18 and their families with in-home and in-school therapy. I enjoy helping families and individuals in different seasons of life who are coping with changes or crises. I lived overseas for 16 years and coached expat families, single adults and college students as they adjusted to new living situations. I have also assisted foster children and their foster/adoptive families as they adapted to one another.

My counseling style is warm and supportive. I subscribe to providing unconditional regard to clients and treating each person with dignity. My therapeutic approach combines cognitive-behavioral therapy, existentialism, psychodynamic theory and solution focused counseling. I will partner with you to develop goals that address your individual or family needs and personality.
