I am an empathic listener with over 20 years of experience providing counseling and coaching to individuals and groups. I have experience working with clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, relationship issues, career challenges, and addictions. I have also supported the recovery of people with histories of physical and psychological trauma.

My counseling style is compassionate and solution-focused. I believe we all have the inner strength and purpose to lead a healthy lifestyle, but sometimes we need guidance and support.
