Hi! My name is Ericah Villiesse and I am a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) in the state of Illinois with 5 years experience. Originally from Milwaukee, WI, I received my undergraduate degree with a double major in Psychology and Criminology from Marquette University. I moved to Chicago in 2014 to attend graduate school at The Chicago School of Professional Psychology where I received my Master's degree in Forensic Psychology. I've been in Chicago ever since! Most of my direct experience is working with individuals involved in the criminal justice system and inpatient adults, however I also have direct experience working adolescence, residential clients, domestic violence victims, and veterans. I have helped clients with a wide range of issues including substance abuse, anxiety, anger management, trauma, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia spectrum disorders, personality disorders, homelessness, and career counseling. My approach to working with clients is eclectic, meaning I think multiple theories have benefits and I like to pull techniques that are appropriate for the problem and a best fit for the client.
