Erica Darrisaw is a licensed clinical social worker. Erica is a compassionate provider who has worked with individuals and families since 1999. Her goal is to motivate her clients so they can be empowered to live the best life possible. You can expect Erica to be professional and unbiased in her therapeutic approach. She understands the vulnerability it takes to make the decision and start therapy. She aims to create a space you can trust going through the process. With compassion and empathy, Erica will meet you where you are on your healing journey. Eric mainly uses Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and elements of Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), including Mindfulness. She treats patients ages 18-65 and those experiencing ADHD, anxiety, maladaptive coping skills, depression, grief, relationship issues, school issues, self-esteem issues, stress, infidelity, trauma, PTSD, and women’s issues. In her spare time, Erica collects rare, vintage Barbie Dolls. She loves to sell inspirational, cultural, and functional art curated with the paintings of Black artists.
