Hello,

I am a licensed professional counselor in the state of Virginia with 6 years of experience in the mental health field. I have worked as in emergency services, crisis intervention, therapeutic foster care with parents and the children, and out patient therapy.

I use an eclectic approach to therapy, using various techniques including cognitive behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, solutions focused therapy, person-centered therapy and psychoeducation. I am also trained in trauma focused therapy.

I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, relationship issues, parenting problems, anger management, adjusting to life changes, and trauma.
